Rooms 801 & 1001......the lift shaft runs through the room.....enough said. Dreadful, avoid if you can. Rude check in staff, we had interrupted his meal at 1.30 am after an extremely delayed flight. He had already charged the rooms to the credit card as a "no show" and told us we were lucky they hadn't given our rooms away as the hotel was full because of cancelled flights due to the weather....
The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly, especially in the breakfast lounge. The hotel is a little dated and smells of smoke, but a great location in Newark. The rooms are smaller than most hotel rooms, so it seemed a little cramped at times with 2 people. The rooms came with refrigerators which was a plus, but one microwave located on the 11th floor made it awkward to heat food items.

Good location with ample parking. Easy to reach from the highway. The location was within walking distance of the arena and other attractions. Price and value very good. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. .Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay there again.
