Friendly, quiet, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, fridge in the room, nice jacuzzi, pool, workout room. Location is easy to get to, everyone is very nice and courteous. BYOB because it is a dry town. would have loved to have a glass of wine. There has been a festival every time we have been there-the Fireman's festival in July and the Soakum Festival in September. My husband and I have brought our grandchildren to this hotel now for several years and our stay has always been most pleasant. The front desk staff is always so willing to answer any questions and help in any way they can. Our last visit there we discovered that the rooms had been remodeled and were extremely lovely. when i first checked in they were not happy that i went threw orbit for reservations. they said to just go directly to best western website. they didn't like the ideal that they weren't getting paid, and had to wait for payment.then they have this continental breakfast when you get a room. which its coupons for the diner across the street.i thought i could order what i liked. so me and my...

The bed are comfotable, everything was clean. I was extremely happy for a smoking room,in the middle of an Ohio winter. Pool was warm and clean, very friendly staff. Over all a wonderful stay!
