This hotel was clean (nice bathroom with awesome amenities and space), comfortable (bed had clean bed linens and pillows very comfy), and Rosa was able to offer us a better rate than online! We will definitely be using this hotel again!Xiomara

I totally love this place. I get rewards. The complimentary breakfast la awesome .Thank you Esther. You are the best. This hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable. The workers are ready to totally serve you in anyway they can. I will continue to go to Best Western Plus Arena.

Just an all-around great stay. The staff was exceptional, Danielle was just amazing and the security officer was such a gentleman that it was actually nice coming back to the hotel after an outing, always greeted and welcomed back, everyone inquired about your day. Great Stay for NYE

My husband and I had a four night stay here and from the start the staff made sure they did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
