Hotel was clean and great quality for the price. Location was perfect. Close to convention center, restaurants, shopping, and area attractions. Indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. Very pretty scenery. The hotel wasn't horrible but I wouldn't come back here nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was mediocre; no one really made me feel like my presence was welcomed (not sure if it was a race thing). The rooms had a musty odor. The room was nice but we could smell mold in the bathroom. Since we didn't spend much time in the room, we stayed. The hotel is located just two doors down from the Dixie Stampede. It is also within walking distance of the Old Mill District.

I was pleased with my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was a breeze. Recently, I stayed at a Best Western in Savannah and the breakfast there was inedible. However, here, the breakfast was hot and delicious. I would stay here again in the future.

I was looking for a hotel in the heart of pigeon forge with an indoor pool. Best Western fit the bill. It was clean, well maintained and I felt safe. The room I had had a fridge, microwave, jetted tub and fireplace. Very nice for only $100 a night.
