There was some initial confusion regarding my booking but I was able to check into the property. For some reason I was assigned an ADA accessible room. I did not request this and was a bit confused about the bookng. The breakfast was adequate but even at 7 A. M. many items were scarce.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. This time I was very disappointed! They advertise every room having a refrigerator and a microwave. The first room I was given had neither. The microwave in the second room had some glitches. The ac/heater wasn't working correctly, by the second day I figured out a way to keep the room at a temperature I could tolerate! Not quite the Best Western I'm used to

I’m a Best Western rewards customer and I was somewhat disappointed for a BW. Misses include:

Greeting upon arrival. The girl at the front desk certainly got us in the room, but she clearly may have been having a bad day. No smile, no welcome to BW attitude. Incidentally, we had a difficult day travelling.
