We had the ballasts replaced in our kitchen lights. The job is done and everything is working well. However, we have used Best Rate before and this was not an example of their best work. First problem was that it took over a month to get a tech out. Tyson & Stephin conducted themselves in a professional manner cleaning up after leaving the job site. The finished up in a timely manner and gave me the left over paint which can come in handy when touch up is needed.

The work was done timely and well with the exception that the end of the railing of the stair well was not trimmed off and the staple (from the wood label) was left in where it could injure one's hand.

My hardwood floors are such an improvement and Best Rate Repair did an excellent job, including putting subflooring

after discovering we could view the "crawl space" (my floors are over 80 years old)

I have more rooms to go, but will have to wait awhile.
