Just spoke with Charles in the customer service dept and he was helpful, polite and able to direct me on the easiest way to order multiple iPads and cases that were on sale!

Lowest star, best buy sucks. They are always screwing customers and playing good cop bad cop. Of course they can't reverse the damages. Baloney, in this day and age you can but as long as it's to best buy advantage, they won't. Anyone else?
