Had a fantastic experience here after a really bad one at the Otay Ranch Best Buy. I was helped literally at walking in. An hour later after getting my info, porting my # to a new carrier, and signing documents I walked out of there with a new phone. The associate who helped me (her name was Lilia) was an awesome customer service rep. This was a great sales experience!
