Geeksquad here is awful. Had an issue with an install so I went to the location. The first guy I spoke to in Geeksquad couldn't help me because he was a "computer guy" and not a "home theater" guy. Great. So, to resolve my "Geeksquad" problem he sent me to the "home theater" department from where I was sent to 800-GEEKSQUAD. YOU MEAN THE FIRST GUY I SPOKE TO COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT??? Customer service STINKS
Very rude to older family member, ripped us off, & as one guy quotes ""I don't know anything about cameras or computers"" when he was supposed to be helping us. Bad service! Don't buy from there!!!!!!
