I found that the customer service was wonderful, i did have to wait a little longer than was told but must understand that when small businesses order parts always takes longer... the work done was great and I recommend them. Per Sandy Bayes comment below, you may of been asking something of whomever talked with you that they wanted to assist you with but werent able because i know they dont do...

Don't use them! Chewy does not keep his word. I don't know about his brother. He scheduled a time to repair my mower 2 times and he was a no show both times. He never tried to call to let me know he wasn't available. I would rate him…

A sorry excuse for customer service. I called twice to schedule a home repair for my new lawnmower. Chewy said he was coming but didn't show either time. I tried calling again but no answer. I would have rated this lousy company a zero if the option was there.

I took my mower there Nov 2014 for a basic tune-up. I called and the woman said it would take two weeks and cost $45 if just needed the basics. It took them three weeks to call me and another 2 days after that to get it done. Then they charged me ten dollars more saying that the person I talked to didn't give out the right price. Took my lawnmower in for repair. Was told it would take 2 weeks. 21 days later, I finally got my lawnmower back. Meanwhile, my back yard is a jungle.
