I am a very busy wedding planner in the Napa Valley and occasionally call Bertha and her crew to get my office and home back in order after a hectic run of weddings. They do a wonderful job!!

Bertha's cleaners are hardworking and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any family or business.

After I notified Bertha of a very expensive bracelet which was missing from personal drawer which she and her staff had business entering, one of her staff 'quit"". When the police asked for the ex-employee she would not supply the name of way of contacting her. Since I live alone and had no one else entering the home, and the bracelet was gone after the house was cleaned there was no question what had happened. However, Bertha refused to work with the police to help retrive the item. If you use these people, get fingerprints, ask for a list of every person that will be working in your...
