I was charged $90.00 for a 10 minute consult "chat" before the procedure.
When I called, after the $400 procedure, (and re- reading the bill) - I asked for the $90 to be waived.
The Dr refused.
Not impressed by Free Coffee, a long stem rose upon departure (?!) and TV sets in every room.
