Went to my business partners wedding, Rosie did all the salads for the event, and I am not a HUGE salad person...however, she made an apple fennel salad with candied tomatoes - it was AMAZING....

Bent On Cooking is the personal cooking business of Chef Rosie. Chef Rosie's been cooking since 1998, when her first students were 12 Catholic nuns. Since then, she's been serving food to the San Diego area. Chef Rosie also offers in-home private cooking classes.
