I ordered a couch last November and left a deposit with a credit card. I expected to hear something back before the end of the year, but still haven't. Has the couch been finished? Where is it, or what state of completion is it in? I have visitors planned the 2nd week in March and could really use it.

Initially, I was told the furniture would take 8 weeks. When I requested an update on delivery around the 5-week mark, I was told "See how it works is when it comes in, we'll call ya." Which is insanely rude. When I called a second time I was told it would be another 3 weeks. Which lead me to believe that the first person I spoke to realized it hadn't even been ordered.
