Repeat customers. We are in our early 70's, retired and having updates to our home. Since we were to very pleased many years ago with Bellaire Roofing, we had them give us an estimate. Larry Kennedy told us we still had several years on the roof we had; bu once again due to our age, we told him we wanted to go ahead and have the new roof put on. My husband & I were both so impressed with his honesty.

No show for Appointment

First appointment I made they were no-shows. They did call the next week and I decided to give them another chance. They did call this time - 1 hour and 40 minutes after the appointment time to tell me they were running late. I told them at that time to not even bother - I would find somebody else for the job.

I requested an estimate from them and they set an appointment to come Monday ""before 1"". They didn't show and at 2:30 I called their office. They said they'd get right back to me with a status, and never called back.

The next day he left a message on my machine. He said he drove by and saw I had another roofer there (who arrived around 3), and so he didn't stop. I said he'd have been welcome anyway and he said ""I just don't do that"".
