They have recently instituted modest fees for dumping concrete and asphalt. It's about $20 for pickup trucks and a little more for the large trucks. It's a much better deal than driving all the way to the East side of Sacramento and they are very friendly.

a great place to dispose of concrete for free- which is impossible to find in local area... plus have a greast deal for road base.. not the cleanist place but hey no! complaints -- at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies in the office are customer frendly and always greet with a smile. They brighten the place and your day. Christmas decorations were very pretty and so are the ladies. Still the only place to recycle concrete and asphalt for free. Thank you.

They accept concrete and asphalt for recycling. They are a reliable supplier of Class II AB, dirt and sand. New Management is very friendly and the staff seems much happier. They are cleaning the place up, too.

This place is disgusting! I felt dirty just inside the gate... nobody had teeth, the place is filled with garbage and the fat guy at the scale couldnt be any more rude.
