Belk tries to hard to be Macy's or Normstrom's. Very clean and staff very eager to help. Prices are marked up high, but they do carry quality brands. Store had odd lay out and made it hard to shop...

Sales brought me in, messy store and unfriendly clerks who pushed us off on someone else for answers sent me out. I passed some cute looking tops and shoes, but I left them there to shop online.
