Went into Bedrosians tile and stone today to pick out tile for my bathroom. I was greeted by Judi who was completely patient and accommodating during our visit. She made our experience positive and easy with the knowledge she has regarding tile and various other flooring. I will definitely be coming back to her for help with future projects.

What a joke. This place should get a whole new makeover in customer service. Both showroom and warehouse people are the worst. We bought back 1 box of tiles to exchange, and because they did not have it at the place, we had to pay an extra $40 to have it shipped from another store. Our mistake, we …
