Why does City Search rate this place so high when all of the reviews are negative? I think the editors should research their own sites BEFORE the ratings are set!

A very popular bed theme restaurant located inside the Glenn hotel. This restaurant is separated into three parts. First, the bar is across the lobby from the actual dining area. I dined @ this restaurant tonight and I felt compelled to write a review. The service was terrible but the reprieve came in the taste of the food which was not bad. The portion sizes were very small. For the price you should not have to ask for silverware or have your crab cakes come out cold. I will never go back.
