Very rude receptionist who does not know the most basic of customer service rules, even when said customer is patient and forgiving of several mix-ups and mistakes over the course of multiple visits to the salon. Thankfully, the manager is not quite the same and is at least willing to listen, rather than blame. The actual spa services here are mediocre, at best. There are much better options in NYC and, with all the competition from other spas, go somewhere else where you'll be valued and pampered.

WORST SPA EVER! Rude, dirty, 1 hour massage is really 40 minutes because they make you lay there for 20 minutes in the beginning. If you buy on groupon, be prepared to pay additional fees when you get there. I feel sore and stressed after getting a massage here!

the techs here are amazing, they are very knowledgable and gentle, when it comes to waxing parts of your body. After a while you dont feel it any more thats how good they are. I love come here.

Never have i walked out not feeling like a new person, this place is amazing. the massages here are wonderful. The gentle hands of the techs are incredable.

I had a function to go to and i needed my make up done, so i went there because i really needed to look perfect. They did a fantastic job it lasted the whole night. I didnt have to do any touch ups.
