On the BBVA website, in two places, it states that the annual apr earned on their nba savings account is. 995%, with a yield of 1%. False. The bank shut down my debit card since they said the card had been compromised. I think i appreciate the bank trying to protect my money, but i was notified of the action so a major purchase was denied becasue the card had been blocked, major embarassment on my part and a loss of reputation for a new company to be purchasing from

I've been with them for 8 years now and they have always been willing to work with me. No maintenance fees or any other ones to keep my account. Make sure you tell them you like to be opt out from spending money you don't have and you will never receive an overdraft fee from them.

Went to a branch in dallas, tx 75243 to cash a check and was told i had to pay $7. 00 to cash it. The check was from a bbva branch in dallas. Unbelievable!!!!
