Horrible customer service and refuses to cash it's own checks unless you are willing to pay the extortionist's fee of $8 per check no mater how big or small.

the manager of this bank is crazy rude, slow, stupid, and a liar. Bank here if you want to complicate your life by running back and forth to the bank to clean up the bank's mistakes. The manager threatened to keep the contents of my safe deposit box from me if I did not give him my daughters address, so he could fix a problem HE created. This is after my daughter and I sat for AN HOUR just to get her on my safe deposit box account so she can get into it when I die. Or maybe he just wants my daughters address. He's either a freak, or stupid.
