CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While the staff at Baystate Dental is friendly, their billing practices are EXTREMELY "unkosher." When I went for a cleaning, the dentist demanded that I had x-rays taken because the insurance company wouldn't pay for any work that may need to be done without them. I started going to Baystate about 10 years ago because my dad switched and I'm so glad he did! Going to the dentist isn't supposed to be fun, but it is to me! My dentist is the nicest man! He's really gentle and thorough and answers ALL of my silly questions!
