I am a member here & have been for 2 years. Actually, I love the facility, including most the staff & the fitness classes. My frustration comes from the horrible customer service, primarily by the club's leadership. An area of the Ladies' Locker Room has been without lights or adequate electricity for over a month, significantly limiting the space to get ready in the morning high-utilization...

I loved it and miss it quite a bit. I was in nuero rehab there for 5 months and it was awesome. I made wonderful friends going thru similar situations and the staff was amazing thru everything.
