Terrible customer service!!!!!!! Late delivery, early pick up and nothing they did to fix it or make it better! Wish i would have read the reviews before becoming a customer!

Extremely poor customer service. I paid a 20% cancellation fee and lost a $10 deposit for cancelling within one hour of making my reservation. The customer service representative was extremely rude and was unwilling or unable to give me a confirmation of cancellation. I highly recommend ozonepartyrentals based solely on the customer service comparison.
