Hi, Doctor Baxter-Jones doesn't have good bedside manner at all. She answered questions barely with no elaboration. I would have to probe to find anything out. I had to wait for sometimes up to an hour after my appointment time. And the worst thing was she said we had to pay up front for the birth of the baby, a $1800 dollar fee. My husband and I told her that the insurance was to pay for it,...

DO NOT go to this doctor! She is not nice, does not make you feel comfortable, and is not helpful at all! She does not take the time to get to know you or make sure all your questions and concerns have been answered. She is NEVER in the office when you have an appointment so you have to wait for at least an hour! I had my son almost 7 months ago and I'm not healed yet because of the botch job...

I was a patient of Dr. Baxter-Jones in 2001 when I was pregnant with my first child and I was disappointed. Given that this was my first pregnancy, I had lot of questions and she always seemed to be in a rush. Her bedside manner was not the best and I always had to wait at least 20-30 minutes past my scheduled appt. time. When Needless to say, when I had my second child, I changed OB/GYNs.
