I've never visited this store but was assured by the union NJ store that all stores treat their customers like this and their central number confirmed this. When I had my phone fixed there and the repairs failed s few days later they refused to take responsibility and left me out of pocket with the same problem I started with Batteries plus abandons you once they have your money

I purchased my car battery from this store and it is still going strong. Great prices and wonderful sales staff especially Michael he's very helpful and always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers.

My husband came here in hopes of fixing my cracked screen. Instead of fixing it they made it worse. He went in there with the promise of the screen fixed in 45 minutes.
