I went in on a good day - sales galore!!! Went in for candles and came out with wayyyyy more than I planned. This is a good location, actually didn't even know it was in Fashion Valley because it is on the JC Penny end. The women working were friendly and helpful. Got enough bath & body stuff for the rest of the year and a coupon just in case I need more!

Had great customer service at this location yesterday. My sister was planning on making small gifts to give to her coworkers so we came here to checkout the 5 for $5 travel hand sanitizers. Got suggestions on what most scents are popular and less nauseating for some sensitive to smell plus we got $10 …

Great customer service!! I don't go here much anymore but when I do I am always walking out with a smile! All the employees had a warm smile on their face and was so helpful!! I went during holiday week and it was packed!!

This store is nicely displayed and smells really good. They also have a sink inside so you can try their hand soaps. The associates were really helping finding the flavor item we were looking for.
