Not only is the staff unprofessional and answers personal phone calls while you are waiting ( for an extended period of time ) for Dr. Bastien to stop by your room, but the billing nightmare is beyond comprehension. I'm still waiting on a reimbursement owed to me, since my insurance paid the claim in full! I'll be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Office.

Awesome as always! Dr. B and staff are the always friendly and very professional. They really care for their patients and it shows. Highly recommended
