Spent $8 for one of the worst milkshakes I've had in a long long time. Save your money and go to Loards in San Leandro.

I've never had a problem at this Baskin Robins and I always come here. Always greeted when I walk in. I get that they don't seem to happy about their job and don't seem to wanna make short talk...

This place sucks. If I could give it zero stars I would. It's filthy and the manager is rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

I will NEVER turn to this location or recommend it to anyone.I ordered one vanilla milkshake for my kiddos and asked to be split into two cups so they charged me a dollar extra for cup....

Very nice guy working by himself in the morning when I went to pick up a cake for my mom. Friendly, and is Chinese! Had him write on the premade cake for me and he was quick and steady. Probably...
