Tom Barton is great all around. Without him I am not sure how my case would have turned out. He was able to help me get most of the things I was asking for. He answered his phone when I needed to speak with him or had his office call me right back. He made me feel like my case was always a priorty to him. He is a great person and a even better lawyer.

Mr. Barton is a very respectable man in and outside the courtroom. He was very knowledgeable of my case and has kept an open line of communication regarding my questions and concerns. I had full confidence with Mr. Barton handling my case in the courtroom. After much communication, Mr. Barton represented me well and won my case.

I have had the need for attorneys on several matters. Mr Barton took the time to inform me of all my options in detail. We had a dispute with a large computer company and he helped us tremendously in resolving our issue. He always kept me informed and went out of his way to provide thorough legal assistance.

Mr. Barton is a lazy, un organized attorney. He has a set rate due before the actual case is heard, I believe this is because if you were to see him in action you would be likley not to retain him as your lawyer and find help somewhere else and also because he puts little time into his cases that if he were to be paid hourly he would make very little monatarily. Mr. Barton also is lacking in a professional demeanor....i.e; late, forgetful, un-organized. I would suggest not hiring him unless your are comfortable with pleas and micro managing.
