In April 2016, had a consultation w/Dr. Handler to unquire about breast implant removal. Had my implants for 13 yrs & wanted them gone!
Consultation fee was $100 and is applied towards procedure, should you choose to proceed w him. I was ecstatic when he said he could perform a simple removal in his office under local anesthesia for $1,000. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Now...
