The cafe staff was incompetent when it came to dealing with a simple hot tea order. The barista was unable to change our order from a medium to large (so we could get two tea bags) without the help of a manager, which seemed inconceivable. Order your coffee/tea elsewhere.

Good Barnes and Noble. They have a lot of inventory and most everything we go there looking for is in stock. You can also have them hold items for you before you travel there which is nice.

I do have to admit that I've been to better B&N's. This location seems to be very run down, and they sell a lot of items that really have nothing to do with reading. Over the past year, I've noticed that their selection of books has gone down while they have stocked up on many toys and high-tech reading gizmos. …

While I love bookstores and Barnes and Nobles is typically my preferred choice, I've noticed a disturbing trend.
