The cafe staff was incompetent when it came to dealing with a simple hot tea order. The barista was unable to change our order from a medium to large (so we could get two tea bags) without the help of a manager, which seemed inconceivable. Order your coffee/tea elsewhere.
Good Barnes and Noble. They have a lot of inventory and most everything we go there looking for is in stock. You can also have them hold items for you before you travel there which is nice.
I do have to admit that I've been to better B&N's. This location seems to be very run down, and they sell a lot of items that really have nothing to do with reading.
