Thank you so much for taking care of what was, to me, an emergency situation. It took your personal intervention however, to cut through a wall of bureaucracy in your office. I want to also thank the girl, whose name I cannot recall, for holding on to me when I was heading for the door. All is fine, nothing got infected went straight back to fishing.
