I love this store. I have refilled cartridges with them and bought remanufactured cartridges as well and they work great. I will never go to another big box store and pay full price for ink. The owners have been in the business for a while and they really know printers and ink. I like supporting a small business, too.

Confusing web site and poor customer service.
I ordered 10 ink jet cartridges, but they instead sent me 10 ink refill kits. After several attempts to communicate with them, rather than remedy the error they hit me with a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. All of their communications to me have been terse and unprofessional.

Great company!!!!! Their customer service is outstanding and the prices on their ink cartridges are awesome! I highly recommend this company.
