Dr. Lum is an excellent doctor. He works to understand his patient's needs, and also the needs of the patient's family. His care and compassion are obvious not only through what he says and does, but also his willingness to be available at inconvenient times. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Lum is a great doctor and has a lot a patience with his patients. He cares about your health and he is in top of any test and results. The best thing of his office is: the remainder of you next visit and tests must be done for your health benefit. If you are looking for a great doctor in Queens; I would advise you to get an appointment with him. Good luck if you get an appointment with him.

Dr. Lum is a very unique person. Some characteristics to describe him include but is not limited to are: knowledgable, professional, compassionate, considerate, persistent in finding the BEST solution/care for his patients, reliable, practical, and honest. Words truly cannot describe what a wonderful person he is, including his secretary.
