On Memorial Day, my husband and I tried Bar Ama for the first time. It is the sister restaurant to Baco Mercat, one of the top ten restaurants in LA. I love Baco Mercat, but it is crowded, noisy, and really hard to get in. Bar Ama is as good or better with less noise and crowds--and it's prettier inside....
