No email communication on order. Had to keep calling to be told items were on backorder. Finally after only receiving half the order I cancelled the rest. The shipping charges were ridiculous and not reflected accurately when I placed the order. For the $14 dollar order I had I was charged the same amount in shipping. Has I not cancelled the other items I would have been charged an additional shipping rate. Considering the length of time it took to get the order, the shipping was ridiculous. If I had opted for an overnight shipping option it would make sense but this was not the...

I see that others have been frustrated with Banks School Supply as I am. Over a month now and my order is still 'Processing', multiple attempts made inquiring on the status of my order and no response.

Its a roll of paper, its not a special order, its not a unique piece.. Finding a better deal than my normal supplier has turned out to be a worse deal.

Buyer beware!

I also have been waiting too long for an online order. No one replied to my emails so I called and was told that I would have my order last week. I AM STILL WATING! I will never order from them again!!!!
