So, if you file bankruptcy and keep your house, Bank of America won't report your payments. I find that crazy! My house was not in my bankruptcy. I am making all payments on time and every month. However, if I walk away from my property Bank of America can't say anything negative on my credit report. That's crazy as well!!! Has anyone heard of this at all?
Lousy, lousy service. Go to another bank or credit union where they might actually care about helping you.
