That was hands-down the worst experience of my life. Incredibly rude would be an understatement. The super thick glass is clearly intended to keep customers from going over the counter.

I have a second mortgage though Bank of America they send me a bill every month it's makes it easy for me to pay my mortgage and everyone that I deal with seems to be very friendly and kind
