Too many fees Kudzu

IF you make too many calls they charge you extra, even if you use the automated system more than 5 times in a month, they charge you.

I used Bank of America for about a year. Banking with them was okay aside from one dealing with an extremely rude teller. The manager fixed the situation, but nevertheless I joined a credit union shortly...
