A cash deposit was attempted, the atm froze upon the last button of completion. The amount of cash was known by the associate as it was on the frozen screen. The next step was to have me try to call the tech support. And there's nothing they could do... I suggest open the atm and simply give back …

Horrible customer experience. Nobody available to assist with issues requiring sitting down to discuss with an associate. No acknowledgement from management that the wait is extensive...they are busy chatting with tellers who have nobody in line. If I hadn't invested an hour in my wait I would certainly walk out.
