Bank of America is going to be my second favorite bank. Their staff is very professional and I never had problems with any transactions. Their credit card rates are pretty high though.

Literally the WORST bank everrrrrrr!!!!!!Slow, not efficient, TERRIBLE customer service, never enough tellers working, ALWAYS an issue!!!!!!!! I hate this place. Closing my account with them ASAP!
