this bank of america on howell mill rd is awful = 2 tellers for 15 people on line. it is the slowest bank branch.. and i was told 1 hour to close my account although i had proof of my deposit. bank of america.com is just as bad. hence why i closed this bank of america = has 2 tellers for 10 people on line all the times i went there. go to other banks or credit union.

I sincerely enjoy the Howell Mill Rd Branch staff. They are friendly, welcoming, efficient and helpful. What I dont enjoy nor understand is why during volume business hours; (i.e., Saturday afternoon) they only have 2 tellers for the 25 people waiting in line. Don't come to this one there's always an issue they always only have one teller just a heads upTold me the system is down but there's people in line who are still being helpless I was told to come back at a quarter to three. Just be aware of the inconvenience that your walking into.
