I would give it a zero stars if I could. Some of the front staff have decent manners. The others do not. Dr Copeland is by far the best vet they have. She is very knowledgable and cares a lot...

I felt taken advantage of, and I am very upset. They seem to be only interested in money, and they employ used-car-salesman sales tactics to get as much money as they can out of you, taking advantage of the fact that you are worried about your pet. Stay far away.
