Terrible experience. They blacklisted me! Why? Too many returns! Why on earth am I responsible if their stuff I order online does not fit me!!!! I was treated with disrespect. Nasty manager....

I like Banana Republic for it's quality of clothing however this particular store is very small. There isn't too much space to move around ...
