Bad business practice

I have been ordering a birthday cake for many years. However, I recently placed a birthday cake order for my son and was told that I would get $25 off my order if I did their business reviews but that didn't happen. Bad business practice, cannot keep a promise to a loyal customer. I contacted the manager name David several times but didn't resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know.

really good cakes

got a cake there for my dad's birthday. I loved it, but more importantly, my dad loved it. david put this cake together with really nice details.
10/10. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The best service at all time

The Bamboo Bakery is great cake! I ordered so many times and every time they always surpires me with the higher quality and so the design. Go with The Bamboo Bakery you wont have any worry about the cake because they are the best. Thank you Bamboo Bakery! Keep the best work.

David and his team are the best in Phx when it comes to cakes. They are very professional and leave their cakes better than anyone could ask for!!

This bakery cannot be beat! Their artistry is beyond compare and the unique flavors they offer leave a lasting impression on guests! You would be crazy to hire any other bakery for your wedding or event. They truly are the best there is.
