Consider developing a customer service department up grade. I changed my memebership but they continued to bill me at the old price. I called them and was on hold for over 25 minutes. The staff at the location in San jose has not been trained on customer service, no one makes eye concact or even gives a freindly smile. The equipment is so old and worn out. The only thing good about this place is it is cheap!
Don't ever join this company. They lie and are a scam and have horrible customer service. I signed up for two years and then they said I signed up for three and could not cancel my membership. It took forever and difficult to work with corporate and no one would help. I prefer Right Stuff. Yeah it might be smaller but they have way better equipment that is up to date and new.
