The table was dirty and the food was cold. We order coffee and had to send it back twice because it was cold. We order soup and sure enough it was cold plus it only took 45 minutes to get! Great food and amazing pies. My personal favorite is the french silk followed by the pecan pie which typically wins an award every year. I have been to this location many times and typically every year prior to thanksgiving to pick up pies. Staff is friendly and offers wonderful insight. Restaurant area is clean and always a delight. Can't wait to go back!

The rep for Bakers Square contacted me via Yelp to make good of the situation. I dont think it is that serious. Dont need any free food or anything. I just want decent service, and what I paid for. 2 more stars for effort.

Almost like an upscale denny's similar to a cracker barrel kind of food.
