I took my precious antique Persian Heriz rug here to be repaired. First I got a price quote by emailing a photo of the hole. It's nice that this shop is responsive to emails. Their Staff is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The service was top notch from the moment I scheduled my rug cleaning, dropped off my rugs, and picked them back up. It's like I received a whole new rug. Thank you to everyone there.
